17th Ramadan Allah sent down his army,
A deadly combat occurred betwixt truth and falsity,
313 against 1000,a striking contrarierty!
Our noble messenger(s.a.w) leads his brave soldiery,
God’s chosen people fought against inveracity,
Angels descended to fight and fright Allah’s enemies,
Jibril(a.s.) on a galloping steed put enemies heart at unease,
Angels smote the rear ends of Allah’s worst enemies,
Hamza(r.a.) roared fiercely,Ali(r.a.) with zulfiqar attacked their adversary,
Seeing their valour enemy turned their backs and flee!
Came satan in guise of suraqah,to aid his allies,
He ran away fearing angels of Allah Almighty,
Abu jahl and Ummayah Bin khalaf met their unfavoured destiny,
Muslims turned victorious,a turning point in history,
Islam taught followers to treat prisoners with mercy,
The power of truth prevails,Allah verily enjoins justice!
