Object to Soul(Allah’s emancipation of women)

Women seek worth in man’s shallow sight,

Yet Allah created her for purpose divine,

Gullible women mold herself to their delight,

Ah! women is so weak,naive and blind,

Their true worth lost in mere display,

Cycle of objectification is here to stay,

Her essence lost in fleeting gaze,

Her worth is gauged by mere looks and grace,

Women are not trophies of men to claim,

Islam emancipates them to ignite their flame!

Woman is man’s comrade his equal mate,

Not his competitor in toil and trade,

Coarser men with great strength God made,

To protect the rights of fairer mate,

Our prophet(s.a.w) gave women future safe,

So let his words in our heart stays,

Our beloved Prophet’s(s.a.w) final speech,

‘Fear Allah’ to men ‘he pleads’,

Guard their honour,treat ’em with compassion,

In Allah’s name their dignity defend,

You’ve bound them under sacred vow,

In treating them well lies love’s true growth,

From Eve(a.s.) to every woman born this day,

In Allah’s sight her worth stays.
