Pleasure of Allah,sole aim of his deeds,
Recruited steadfast women in battle,forbidding souls to retreat,
His army like missile charged into battlefield,
Battle of Yarmuk,witnessed souls outweighed steel,
Exterminate the enemies was their only dream,
100 against 40,000 romans the great warriors looming,
Jarjah embraced islam,fought like no weakling!
Embraced martyrdom,for the enemies slew him,
Thus Romans fell under Khalid’s aegis,
Like the roar of lion that shivered heedless sheep,
So fell the foe before his fearless stride,
Verily with Khalid Islam’s sun reached its zenith.
