Nusaybah bint ka’ab

The tigress of Uhud,her head held high,

Her agility and dexterity so wondrous in sight,

Her eyes blazed with fierce intent,

She lifted her sword with incredible vigour,

And fought enemies with astounding valour,

She shielded the Prophet (Muhammad s.a.w) in a moment’s flash,

A warrior of Allah,her strength and stamina unsurpassed,

In battles of Uhud and Khaybar she didn’t yield,

She knew that courage was her only shield,

It’s the breath of life and strong woman’s pride!!
