Rumaisa Bint Malhan(r.a.)

A woman of ansar, with islam as her guide,

Prophet Muhammad(s.a.w.) in jannah heard echoes of her stride,

When Abu Talha(r.a.) sought her hand,for marriage with hopes high,

She asked him to accept islam,let truth be his guide,

Her love for Allah transcends the mere worldly desires,

When her marriage with Abu Talha was solemnized,

Anas(r.a.) watched his mother with heart full of joy,

For in her happiness his happiness lies,

When Umair her son was taken by Allah The Most High,

In shadow of loss,her faith brightly shined,

She greeted her husband gently,coming from a journey tired,

When Abu Talha asked him about their only child,

For Abu Talha’s love,she let her grief hide,

When he came to know about death of his child,

She spoke of Allah’s will a testimony so high,

With each other they found solace which was their biggest trial,

He shared his sorrow with Prophet(s.a.w) a great  guide,

For Abu Talha(r.a.) hath deep attachment with his only child,

Prophet smiled said,”May Allah bless him in his off-springs upright”,

Thus she conceived, bore Abdullah ibn Talha( r.a.) with God’s grace high,

Without fear and sorrow she stood firmly in trials,

A symbol of resilience,an embodiment of light,

Inspire us a new,may her legacy shines.
