The Blight Fate

The news hung over us like a blight fate,

Sometimes i think why hate is so great?

The war of mocking words, they say with mere jest,

We are all living here on a darkling plain,

Where fools fight with their lips unchained,

Tricked people with their tongues like sharp blades,

Disregard their genuine selves forced them to obey,

Their knowledge lies buried beneath hate’s game,

The world stands mute their souls wrapped in cobwebs,

Muslims are left alone to bear scorn, fear and hate,

They can’t show to world their heart unfeigned,

They longed in vain tried to prove innocent,

With blank indifference verily these people are met,

He who cared for us whilst we were in mother’s womb,

Shall He not care for us now we’ve come to earth?

A martyr heart warmed with undying fire,

He fell to bullets, for those he sought to save,

Hussain hath died saving the tourists,

His soul sees the paradise of life,

But his eyes can see the menacing hell,

Come let us pray to the Creator of existence,

To fill sweetness in morrow from poison of today.
