Muzdalifah(Hajj)

In Muzdalifah as i lay under the stars,

Breeze upon breeze caressed my soul,

Wandering moon peeped through trees

with placid cheer,

Here no roof but heavens,stars our beacon!

With firm devotion,we gather the stones,

To throw at devil,symbolising worldly charm,

Here Allah esteems each guest rich or poor,

Each soul rests after toil and pain,

Breathe of His dhikr filled the horizons,

This sacred ground outshines all thrones,

O Allah bring our hearts to Your obedience,

Relieve us all of our burdens,

O Lord of infinite kindness,Ye are the

source of all aspirations.
